If a client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the service will be charged. In the case a client cancels same day or no-shows the appointment, 100% of the service will be charged. If client arrives any later than 15 minutes to their appointment, the scheduled appointment might be denied and 50% of the service will be charged. Thank you for valuing each other’s time!
